Dr. Stadler is a registered dietitian nutritionist and a Professor in the Department of Medicine at Oregon Health & Science University. She has been the Director of the Graduate Programs in Human Nutrition which includes the Dietetic Internship, the Master of Science in Human Nutrition, and the Master of Science in Food Systems and Society for the past 15 years.  Her career has allowed her to practice as a pediatric metabolic nutritionist, a pediatric nutrition support specialist, an international nutrition consultant in Zambia, Honduras, and Lao PDR, and an educator and mentor for dietetic interns, graduate students, medical students, and faculty. She is committed to supporting the well-being and success of the OHSU community through the Food Insecurity and Basic Needs Taskforce and  the Student Food Resource Center.
