THE COMMUNITY TABLE Showcase:

Where Nonprofits, Businesses, and Neighbors Unite

Join Us to celebrate more than nine years of service, growth, and impact!

This gathering of local nonprofits, entrepreneurs, and businesses is a testament to the strength of our community and the progress we’ve made together towards a more equitable Portland!

While support is always appreciated, our goal for this event is to give back and celebrate the connections, resources, and change we’ve cultivated as an organization. It’s an opportunity to recognize the storms we’ve weathered and the incredible milestones we’ve reached, thanks in large part to the spirit of service and compassion displayed by so many volunteers and supporters across Portland.

With the support of sponsors, this event is 100% free to attend and participate in. When you join us on May 9th, you’ll be part of an inspiring and interactive event that brings people together through the power of food, culture, and connection.

How Would you feed the mass?

Feed the Mass is excited to announce our Recipe Contest – a chance for YOU to showcase a dish that represents who you are and how you would nourish a community. The winning recipe will not only earn $500 in cash but will also be featured as an official Feed the Mass recipe for the next year!

Recipes must be submitted by April 18, 2025, and finalists must be available to attend The Community Table on May 9 at The Redd!

How to Enter:

  1. Create a Dish – Submit a recipe that represents YOU and how you would "Feed the Mass." It should be a dish designed to feed a large group of people while telling a story about who you are.
  2. Write an Essay – In 500 words or less, share the inspiration behind your dish. Why does this meal represent you? How does it bring people together?
